This week in our Year 7–9 SG and RG English Intensive program, our students stepped into the shoes of mini-entrepreneurs! Blending language learning with real-world application, students launched their very own bakery businesses.
Throughout the project, they didn’t just strengthen their English skills—they dived headfirst into essential 21st-century skills. From calculating profit margins and designing creative marketing strategies to working as a team, students put critical thinking, collaboration, and financial literacy into practice.
The highlight of the week? A grand finale bake sale! Students pitched their ideas and sold their delicious creations to the school community. By connecting language learning to practical entrepreneurship, our students are discovering what it takes to become proactive, creative, and empowered Global Citizens.
We are so proud of their hard work, innovation, and sweet success!
